ENGRAVED PLATE

This laser-engraved metal plate measures 3" tall x 5" long.  It contains an adhesive strip on the back that will adhere to most items, including wood or glass.  

Choose military branch or organizational emblem which will be displayed along the top of the plate:

Also choose up to three lines of text (35 characters max for each line).
